Carbon Emery Insurance has purchased Wilcox Insurance Group. Wilcox Insurance was started in 1963-64 and has been a fixture in Castle Dale and Emery County since that time.

New owners Kathy Bringhurst and Chris Justice said, "We are pleased to be of service to you and can address any of your individual insurance needs.

"We have represented Allstate for 25 years and we are bringing more Companies to this new location We are looking forward to meeting with you. Please, give us a call with any concern or questions. We have three locations to serve you. Castle Dale, Huntington and in Price. All locations can service your policy. We are looking forward to being of service to you."

Mike Justice works out of the Huntington office and Chris is in Price and Castle Dale. Kathy will mainly be in the Castle Dale office. David Justice travels between all three offices as needed.

Chris said, "We will take care of all the insurance needs of the former Wilcox customers, nothing has changed. It will be the same great service. The Castle Dale location is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and the phone number is 381-2895. We have a great relationship with Tracy the former owner, this is a good thing. We've been in the insurance business a long time for 32 years."

The Castle Dale office is located at 65 South Center. The Huntington Office is 105 North Main-687-2403 and the Price office is 147 West Main-637-2033.

The Emery County Business Chamber hosted a ribbon cutting for the new business on July 23.
